Patent searching - tricks of the trade
Oct 2, 2009
The
Innovation Centre WA and Watermark are pleased to invite you
to a practical and hands-on workshop on patent searching. You
will leave the session with a greater knowledge and understanding
of patent searching and how to improve your own search skills and
outcomes.
This unique opportunity will provide guidelines on patent
searching, as well as work through practical examples, and will
provide specific insights into the DelphionTM search package
available at the Innovation Centre. The seminar will be
presented by Nick Solomon, one of Watermark's highly experienced
team of searchers who will be visiting Perth to conduct this
workshop and knowledge transfer.
The session will be of particular interest to inventors and SMEs,
university commercialisation officers, government staff in the
technology innovation and commercialisation space, and anyone
needing to conduct patent database searches for themselves or their
organisation.
There will be two sessions available, one in
the morning and one in the afternoon. Please note that each
